There are common misconceptions about meditation. People think that you have to be a Monk to meditate or that it’s only for new age, woo-woo hippies.

Well guess what? The good news is that meditation is for everyone. Yes, everyone…and that includes you too!

Meditation doesn’t require fancy sporting equipment, expensive uniforms or membership fees. In fact, it’s the exact opposite. Yes, you can attend meditation seminars and retreats and you can even join local meditation chapters or sign up for courses, but these things are definitely not a requirement.

The great thing about meditation is that anyone can do it, anytime and anywhere. Old people, young people, middle aged people. Wealthy people, not-so wealthy people. Fit people, out of shape people.

And guess what? Everyone will be benefit from practicing meditation! It doesn’t matter if you meditate for one hour a day or ten minutes a day, you’ll still experience the benefits that meditating has to offer.
